The mom was with him in the scooter. The boy was in the front and mom in the back. Sadly everyone know and days don’t look around. On live oak people drive like if they are in a freeway. They don’t respect the speed bumps. Or the morning traffic for school.
Just cause of that it made that school traffic on live oak way longer then it should’ve been
These kids look the opposite way of the lane closest to them instead of waiting for clearance, also why scooter in the street? Go on the sidewalk that isn’t a crosswalk.
