10-4, Junk Buster, Wyoming and Montgomery. Wyoming and Montgomery. Vehicle's a grayish-bluish Nissan Bursa. It makes a plate of 2735 Sam George Lincoln. It's either a 5 or a Sam. RP advised that the vehicle pulled out of the parking lot into the wrong way. Eventually noticed, but he did correct himself. It's for getting back onto Montgomery from Wyoming. RP advised it went towards Central and Los Alamos and went the opposite way of Montgomery. RP noted. No longer.
