73, we have a priority 3 suspicious, 1534 Virginia Avenue. Caller is advising it's an ongoing issue with a male in the area that like stalks students. Usually somewhere around the apartment area. It's going to be a black male in his 40s, usually wearing a red flannel shirt and a hat with a beard. Caller would just like the area checked and contact by phone.
