Old San Pasqual and Summit Drive. It's a pickup versus pedestrian. Both parties are on scene. RP is in the SDG&E, truck blocking traffic. They're not involved. 10-4. I'm going to stop northbound over the Hear Springs. I'll be en route in a few minutes. Multiple units on the air, I copy. 23 Mary, on the 22, I'll be en route from the stop.
