128. Go ahead. Both units, check East 18th and East Grand. East 18th and East Grand for a car in someone's yard. A female who left the vehicle walking southbound down the street from the car. Looking for a white female, blue sweatshirt and pink shorts, blonde hair. Seems to be intoxicated. Vehicle is on the east side of the road here.
