Resident 1 to 2 George 21, 2 Frank 20, just be advised, southeast just got a call, Tyler and Clay, advising of an armed disturbance. They used a female, female RP saw a male trying to stab a female with a knife. Suspect is a white male adult, wearing a red tank top and red shorts. The RP is pinging at 2053 East Clay, about 10 minutes ago now. We're trying to confirm the location. I copy.
