1017 Dispute at East Suffolk Avenue and Weeks Avenue, transit bus number 7014. Its current stop, two passengers who have been banned are currently standing in front of the bus. They've been banned from the system. A black male, approximately 65-years-old, 5'8", wearing a blue shirt and black-gray hair, and a black female in a wheelchair. Violent history, not current, no weapons seen. Bus is unable to move.
