At 11813 Memorial at Tidal Wave Auto Spa, made contact with the caller in a silver 2006 Dodge Charger with Alabama tag 4726, 0 Charlie 9. Requesting 10-17 due to all of her tires being flat after going through the car wash. Her vehicle is currently stuck at the end of the car wash.
