. Showing you en route to 303 Memorial City Way. 40 advised that they have someone detained in their security office. It's going to be a Black male, last seen wearing a black shirt, black and white shorts. Advised that subject was stealing from Target, but when ETA units arrived, subject ran. 40 advised they want units on scene for subject. 40 of 80. 24, that's clear. Color's going to be Hispanic male, black shirt, gray pants, gray socks. Says his parents are 77 years of age.
