Engine 5 en route with EMS for difficulty breathing, outside Epic Northwestern Hospital, 800 East 28th Street, at 305 South. This is going to be Courage-Kenney entrance by the underpass under construction. Called in by a security guard. There's a security guard that will be assisting with lighting down responders at 1941.
