5B70, 429 noise complaint. 5B70, go ahead. 5B70, 2601 School Street, RP believes associated with C Charles 18. Two male juveniles have a toy that they are holding up in the air, making a loud snapping noise, disturbing the peace of the RP. RP stated this has been going on for the last two hours. One juvenile is wearing a white shirt, one's wearing a dark shirt.
