In the area of 1230 Melton Avenue, 1230 Melton Avenue, says there's ongoing issues with a male that goes house to house, banging on doors and ringing doorbells, but does not talk to anybody, stands on the sidewalk and starts yelling. It's gonna be a male, Black, wearing a blue-black shirt, with blue on the sleeves, skinny jeans, white and black high-tops, and has a tablet with him.
