The complainant is requesting for a lieutenant. She advised the subjects at 1415 Florida Street are armed with guns. They're continually riding past her residence, occupying Eastbound Altima, White and Solar, and threatening to shoot her residence. They're shooting her residence at 1407 Cumberland Drive, apartment 2 at the Montgomery Plaza.
