at 3217 Fletcher Avenue, unknown apartment number. Our caller, Joe Woodlet, contact, is in apartment 369. Says they heard a male yelling and a female crying when they went downstairs to check. They saw a 30-year-old black male, sunglasses, black shirt and jean shorts, confronted our caller, became verbal and threatened our caller before leaving the area in an unknown direction.
