I have a person complain at 211 Shoreline Drive. RP lives at 209 Shoreline Drive. He advised his neighbor this address is disturbed, won't leave him alone. He also walks around with a firearm on his hip, constantly yelling at him from his yard. Also comes over and tries to tell the RP to move his car on his own property and threatens him.
