All these new buildings popping up that the average hardworking individuals can't afford. We're already overcrowded. Schools been overcrowded. Build something that the community could actually thrive on. Non union workers. Cheaper pay with cheap quality
Someone didn’t do an existing conditions site survey. You can see there was an existing vault/ void in the area the excavator landed in. Probably could not handle the load and improper placement. It also appears to be a very thin slab.
