He responds to possibly 849 Wallace Avenue Southeast. 849 Wallace Avenue Southeast. Caller on this is going to be the neighbor. She stated that the male here has two smaller dogs. She heard them yelp and she went out back and noticed he had one of them by the neck, back of the neck, while he was trying to grab the other one. So once he had them both in his hands, he threw them into the garage.
