Tree Limb Pushing on Power Lines

Dispatch, Lincoln Park Fire. Sorry about the double tone. I do have a power line issue. It's going to be behind 518 White Ave. 518 White. Caller states that there's a large tree limb that's pushing on two wires in the backyard. They're stretched to where they're going to snap. States that FD and DTE and a tree service have been out and now is gotten

 a lot worse. They are requesting that you guys come out again. They're not able to access their backyard because of this wire issue.
