2627 Bard Avenue, cross of the Charm Street. Caller states she's seen two juveniles with bikes, helmets, and masks. One had a white tank top and denim jeans. The other had a black shirt and black pants. They're at a neighbor's house trying to steal a scooter from the backyard. She's just requesting the area to be checked. Doesn't need to speak to law enforcement. 1744.
