on route. 2030 West Grand River. 2030 West Grand River, Tocqueville. Speak for a Black male, green shirt or jacket, unknown weapons, very intoxicated and barely able to stand up. He walked over from the air with a large duffel bag and passed out on the bench twice. They believe there's possibly some stolen items in the duffel bag.
