X-ray 38, show me in the 311 downtown. Oh, my favorite. He was unconscious on the property, reported to have been in a brown hoodie, but then decided that was too much, and he was nude and running around, refusing medical help from fire. Unknown where in the complex, fire had no further information, possibly eastbound out of Roosevelt, and he was trying to keep his pants on as he ran, but was unsuccessful. At 1438, units follow?
