Emergency units, ATL and a reckless driver in the area. It's East Lake Lansing and Hagedorn. Lake Lansing and Hagedorn for a champagne-colored Malibu with a Michigan registration of Edward Zebra Charles, 4464, with a damaged driver's side mirror that was driving westbound Lake Lansing, passed a caller in another vehicle in the Turin Lane and was driving erratically. The plate is coming back clear. 2016 Chevy Malibu, registered to a subject off of Upton Road in East Lansing. Center's clear. It's 1548.
