Units just go 14. Channel 1's responding to a check welfare at 5th Avenue South, 34th Street, 534. Reference to an older female that's walking in traffic way, putting her arms around. Didn't appear to be injured in any means. Approaching cars that are driving by fast. It's a white female or Hispanic female, about 60 to 70 years old, 5'5'' to 5'6". Small build, unknown clothing, black pants, short brown-gray hair. No weapons. Just go 14 at 1417.
