It looks like it might be a hazard or someone definitely needs help or so. One more time on that location, and you said it's smoking really bad, so I need to start fire? Yeah, couldn't tell us all at the last second. It's where business 80 turns into southbound 99. They're going to have to come from the business 80 if they come from 50, trying to get on 99 southbound.
