56. Priority T disorder, 615 East Water Street. It was near the transit station. There was two Black males threatening each other with stones in their hands. Caller advises it's about to be physical. Now, one's walking down Water Street. The other one's going towards Commonwealth Senior Living. Okay, apparently they're both down Water Street now, but separated. One of the Black males has a shirt around his neck. The other one has a red hat and a white tank top.
