3800 Merle Hay at Culture King's. They have a fraud in progress. They have a black male, black Nike outfit. He's using credit cards that were taken in a burglary. They say he's in the back of their store currently. So, this Culture King is on the north side of the mall near Ross. I guess there's also a manager that's watching the subject on camera.
