11. 7. In reference to the accident here on the Hilton Parkway, I'm assisting on blocking traffic. I'm at the roughly the 800 block of North Hilton Parkway blocking traffic for me.

The vehicle is confirmed to be overturned but remains upright with wheels in contact with the ground.
