All units near, verifying delta, zone 183 at 7411 Grand Oaks Drive. For a 74-year-old male who has slumped over in a chair, unresponsive. He is not awake, has some ineffective breathing. Caller is unable to move him to start CPR. We do have PD en route. Time's 4.
