I understand, but there are two ways in/out of yaronia so presumably no one was ever trapped and they could easily have called non-emergency and not taken up emergency phone time
An insane thing to call 911 over since there is another way to access the street from the other side
They called because originally it blocked the whole street, they got half of it cut up and moved
