Both cars, 1411 East 33rd. 1411 East 33rd at Stella Elementary. Our criminal alert caller says that there's a black Mercury Mariner, license plate King Ida John 671 that's letting your kid's car surf. Three kids in the school line. Caller says the principal is aware and this has happened before.
