They were outside my hotel and we saw them try a pit maneuver and failed. He went over the curb and started driving on the wrong side of the road. They circled the block like six times chasing him. He was driving with no lights too. Got video

I’m at Sutter Sacramento and seen lifeflight aka REACH helicopter on standby for about 15 mins before leaving to respond around 11:40pm to this scene.
Just heard them call it in the the hospital two gs and wounds cpr in progress
