7-7 to copy that, 97 in progress on Power and in 14th Avenue. The complainant was westbound 14th from Northern 5 minutes ago and saw two vehicles pull over before the railroad tracks. It was a blue sedan with their hazard lights on and an unknown code of stand in front of it. The blue sedan walked up over the vehicle and opened the door and banged somebody out of the car.
