32, we got a code 2 hospital run at 18101 Lorain Avenue. That's 18101 Lorain at Fairview Emergency Room. Caller states an 18-month-old was on a home visit with her father. States that a scooter going about 20 miles per hour struck the child. And no one called EMS or advised anyone until the child started vomiting from the mouth, well, vomiting blood. Said the dad finally called mom and mom took the child.
