Radio calling 12-12. 12-12, I got a stolen vehicle, heading east on a 7 mile from Livernois. Not activated, not in between the times. Vehicle's going to be occupied, 3. Rear passenger has a black female on. Vehicle is observed now blacked out and opposite lane. Sir, what type of vehicle is it? Do I have a supervisor monitoring?
