Unit suspicious activity, Southwind Apartments, 4740 Virginia Street. In the parking lot, there's a male party trying to get into people's apartments. It's a Hispanic male, 5'10", gray hoodie, white t-shirt, black sweatpants. Also forced someone's apartment door open. They pushed him out about 30 minutes ago. Was on scene walking to the east. That was about 5 to 10 minutes ago. Suspicious activity, Southwind Apartments.
