1243, 1241 for a theft just occurred at the Walmart, 2399 North Point. So there's a black female, 45 to 50, heavy set, blonde dreads and a ponytail, who's using her boyfriend's cash app card and is refusing to release the card back to the complainant. He's also got his keys, which are missing.
