31. 2 and 1, 1841 Donner Road. A male that seems disoriented tried to get into the RP's wife's car while she was in it and then left westbound on Donner. It's an East Indian male, medium build, wearing a dark shirt, light blue pants, about mid-20s, and left unknown direction on Shasta.
