Yes, sir. When you have a moment, I'm going to start you towards an auto theft, not in progress, 1421 Church Street. Caller states that somebody attempted to steal his white 2006 Toyota Camry with Virginia tags. States the ignition under the steering wheel was ripped out, but he doesn't know who did it or when it happened.
