New to the board in 18, we're getting a suspicious person in the alley of 938 West Concord Place. Eric is calling on a male, black, dark complexion, in his 50s, 6 feet, 200 pounds. He has on a white shirt. He parked his 25-foot camper in the alley, knocked over a tree and some trash cans. And he also observed the offender drive the yellow taxi cab that is parked in the alley as well.
