Caller is advising there's two juveniles walking down Crescent View Drive, taking deals of houses in the neighborhood. Advising parties are walking around attempting to steal candy. No RP to see. Two black males, dark t-shirts, shorts. 2, you can show me en route to camp. One has a backpack, other has a small box. You can check the area. 78236.
