That's clear. Do we have a sergeant that wants to downgrade that code 2 because the individual's in a wheelchair? 6 B 04, that's clear. That's clear. Last update is that the individual had intentionally poured the beer out inside of the store and poured it outside the one that he had originally stowed.

Units clear, it's going to be for a theft in progress. 8003 block of Antone Drive at the Chevron for a Black male, 65 to 70 years of age, in brown trousers, in a wheelchair, wearing a white t-shirt, stole a beer. Unit that can check by, 6B30. 3B13, we're going to be down. Can we downgrade that to a code 3 if he's in a wheelchair?
