Occurred arson suspect, the 101 freeway at Mulholland, on Mulholland, west side of the freeway, near a man-sized white cross. It was a male, Hispanic, 34 to 35 years, dark hair, white helmet, long-fit white shirt, camouflage shorts, was holding a pickaxe, had charcoal, fertilizer, and a tank. Fire, code 2, incident 3828, RD 655.
