Reckless. 907. It's a make-your-own-case near the McDonald's 240 East Jefferson, last seen southbound on Pine. It was a gray 4Runner with a green kayak on top. It almost rear-ended our caller, then peeled off. Operator was a male White with a mustache and a brown hat.
