I got a call for a parking violation, 146 Eastern Ave. We have a resident reporting a car with Texas license plates has been parked in front of 146 Eastern Ave, in front of a fire hydrant for the past few days. The caller was unable to give us a make or model on the car other than Texas plates in front of the hydrant. They wanted the vehicle checked out.
