Dispatch 31 Engine. 31. Yes, the resident here said the wires were just, came out of nowhere, just started sparking and crackling. There's the three power lines that go into the telephone pole that connect the houses. Two of the lines are actually wrapped together. If you can get a Duquesne light out here, we'd appreciate it.
