Got a caller saying he's currently at his mother's house and a client, Matthew, he's a white male, he's 25, wearing a blue shirt, is talking about smashing everyone's neck. Started seeing some racial slurs as well and was destroying some property. No weapons, streetcar, drugs known. Your caller declined medical assistance. Control 11.
