48. I want to run by you at Stockton Street and Washington Street West. Caller saw a male fall. People are around him trying to wake him up. He's not waking, but he is breathing. They believe it may be an overdose. You want me to send an engine and ambulance, or what do you advise? Engine and ambulance for a possible overdose. I'll be en route also.
