11-21, 11-23, if you'll respond to 1600 Spring Garden Street, it's going to be the Walgreens, on a disorderly subject. Caller says it's a disorder with a male, Black male, age 60, wearing no shirt. Reportedly knowing in danger, but states the male has threatened a 10-84 girl and talking 10-96. No known 10-32.
