643. 43, it's a 79 hit-and-run, 2212 South Ave, between Hutchinson and Lynch. Naeja Hamilton is the caller. States that a dark sedan, possibly a Kia, unknown wrench, hit her dog in front of us and left South Ave towards Onondaga Hill just before the call. Two-boy female occupants, 40s to 50s.
