Engine 12, Medic 6, verifying a delta response on 173 at, it's just east of the north side of 70th Street and Pioneer Woods Boulevard. This is called in by a passerby that did stop. Reports of a 45-year-old male who appears to have a seizure and is now unresponsive but breathing. It's reported that he's starting to move some but he's still not talking. You are on TAC 4, TAC 4.
